I was having an email “conversation” today and thought of a new convention of time. AB and PB, similiar to the popular AM & PM (Ante Meridiem and Post Meridiem). However my unit of time is used 16 weeks of the NFL regular season games + post season weeks if applicable. Here AB & PB translate to Ante Bears and Post Bears. This is useful for planning obligations around the important things on Sundays…da Bears. I think I have decided that in my new representation of time that the 3 hours during the Bears game do not exist whereas you cannot plan anything during that time because it does not exist.
Therefore this week, 11am and 4pm would translate to 11ab and 1pb respectively. Yes I know 11ab doesn’t make much sense but neither does 11am.
