I just have to thank you for this post. I check out tumblr daily and so I’ve played this each day and hearing this song brings some soothing joy to my days at work this week.
REQUIRED LISTENING: Rolling Stones - “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking” from Sticky Fingers (1971). Keith Richards is one of my favorite rhythm guitar players. Here’s an example of some pre-Richards/Wood “ancient art of weaving” stuff. Mick Taylor plays the outro solo on this one.
